Assistance in technology adoption, quality improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
On-ground support at Block, ULB, and District levels through dedicated Resource Persons.
Our objective is to strengthen local enterprises, promote entrepreneurship, and contribute to inclusive economic development in Tripura under the BRP Tripura initiative.

1.Block & ULB Resource Persons
No. of Posts: 83
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
Experience:
0–3 years’ experience in Central/State Government Projects.
Experience in implementation of government schemes.
Good communication skills in English and Bengali (Kokborok preferred).
Role & Responsibilities:
The Block Resource Persons (BRPs) and ULB Resource Persons will support MSME development under the RAMP project at Block, ULB, and District levels in Tripura. They will act as a bridge between MSMEs, service providers, and government departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Mobilize and formalize MSMEs under the RAMP project.
- Coordinate training, capacity building, and IEC activities.
- Assist entrepreneurs in scheme applications, compliance, and access to government support.
- Provide handholding for ZED, Lean, ESG, and Greening initiatives.
- Work with DIC, service providers, and implementing agencies.
- Monitor field activities and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain records, documentation, and case studies.
- Guide MSMEs on government schemes, loans, balance sheets, and statutory compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of MSME ecosystem and government schemes
- Strong communication in English & Bengali (Kokborok desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Training & facilitation skills
- Field mobilization and stakeholder coordination
- Reporting, documentation, and compliance management
2.Legal Consultant
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification: Law Graduate from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Courts/Government/Quasi-Judicial bodies, including at least 1 year in MSME disputes, arbitration, or mediation. Good drafting skills, proficiency in English and local language, and MS Office knowledge.
TOR – Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist MSEFC in delayed payment cases through ODR portal.
- Support legal procedures and adjudication processes.
- Prepare case summaries, orders, notices, awards, and settlements.
- Conduct legal research on MSMED Act and relevant laws.
- Assist in court cases related to Facilitation Council.
- Participate in trainings, workshops, and documentation.
- Act as Point of Contact for legal and technical issues of ODR portal.
- Perform any other legal work assigned from time to time.
3.HR (Office / Secretarial)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Board
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in data entry and office administration with strong computer, internet, and Excel skills.
TOR – Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist MSEFC in day-to-day council operations.
- Support filing of delayed payment cases on ODR portal.
- Data entry and maintenance of case records.
- File management and documentation.
- Provide support to MSMEs for ODR portal issues.
- Perform any other administrative work assigned.
